Over the years I have done my best to make sure that people find the best jobs in their area of town, no matter where they live. Okay, back to business. I want you all to know that not too long ago, I was no different than you are. Searching the internet for a way to make money or a full-time job. The reason why you are here doesn't matter. The fact that you are here does.

2007 was a tough year for me personally. I lost a loved one and I really had a chance to center myself to what was important in life. I made a vow to myself that I would focus all my energy on helping people find work and doing something positive for the community. I have put a lot of time and sweat into helping people find employment. With this goal in mind, I continually refer resumes for review and screening to hiring managers on a daily basis. I get feedback from hiring managers on what candidate to contact for an interview.

Once a candidate has applied for a position and posted their resume, I receive feedback from a hiring manager about who they would like to interview and hire for a particular position. If you have had a bad string of luck in finding a job, I can only say to you-never, ever give up hope. Always make sure that your resume is up to par and that you have all the qualifications before applying for a position.

If I would have given up hope years ago, I would have been in huge personel and financial unrest and I wouldn't be able to help those who seek employment. Matter of fact, in my humble opinion, the only difference between the ones that make it versus the ones that don't is that one mind set. To never give up on your dreams.
